¿Cuáles son los alcances y efectos del quorum decisorio y deliberatorio para la toma de decisiones en las reuniones no presenciales en el marco de las medidas adoptadas en virtud de emergencia sanitaria por el Covid –19, al interior de las sociedades anónimas, en la ciudad de barranquilla atlántico, en periodo comprendido del año 2020, al año 2021?

Abstract

COVID-19 was detected in Wuhan (China) in December 2019, and notified for the first time to the world in Wuhan (China) on December 31, 2019; This deadly virus spread throughout the world population, including the Colombian population. By virtue of the foregoing, our investigative efforts were directed towards the analysis of the decisions adopted by the national government with regard to the non-face-to-face meetings of the highest body of commercial companies in Colombia and other measures adopted within the framework of the COVID 19 pandemic. On the other hand, the production of new knowledge on the existing ones in the field of Commercial Law is sought, especially with regard to the analysis of the scope and effects of the decision-making and deliberative quorum for decision-making in non-face-to-face meetings in the framework of the measures adopted by virtue of the health emergency by Covid -19, within the corporations, of the city of Barranquilla Atlántico, in the period from 2020 to 2021. In addition to the above, it is intended to combat misinformation and the lack of information on the subject previously referenced, to stimulate our critical thinking on Commercial Law matters. The measures adopted by the Colombian state, in the framework of the health emergency caused by Covid -19, with regard to the decision-making and deliberative quorum for decision-making in non-face-to-face meetings, within the public limited companies, of the The city of Barranquilla Atlántico, in the period from 2020 to 2021, they are expanded knowing the Legal Instruments that can be used by the partners of the Stock Companies, of the city of Barranquilla Atlántico, to prove the ineffectiveness of the decisions that are adopted in a non-face-to-face meeting.
