dc.descriptionEste Proyecto académico teórico, lo que hace es ver como se aterriza la idea que estaba plasmada formalmente en el código general del proceso, el objeto visualizador en materia general corresponde a analizar desde la academia el paso de la parte formal al material a luz de la ley 2213 de 2022 como fenómeno jurídico-social. Por ende, el estudio se justifica por aclarar las directrices de las practicas jurídicas locales y nacionales que procuran evitar cometer errores frente a la valoración de justica digital, teniendo como teorías importantes la teoría de la justicia de John Rawls (1921-2002) y el impacto de los derechos humanos en la justicia para todos de N, Sánchez (2022). Además, el presente estudio es totalmente documental, más allá del estado del arte se utilizaron los expedientes electrónicos y de dimensionamiento para la transformación digital, utilizando como punto de partida el método inductivo que le corresponde al programa de ciencias sociales y humanas. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que para que una ley sea considerada infalible norma, debe ir de la mano con la materialización de la legitimidad y formalidad, a su vez cualquier ciudadano este legitimado para tener acceso a la administración de justicia digital, como circunstancia tiene que tener un problema que derive de ella un proceso ante un juez competente y contar con herramientas tecnológicas para su realizaciónen_US
dc.description.abstractWhat this theoretical academic project does is see how the idea that was formally embodied in the general code of the process, the display object in terms of general corresponds to analyze from the academy the passage from the formal part to the material to light of law 2213 of 2022 as a legal-social phenomenon. Therefore, the study is justified for clarifying the guidelines of local and national legal practices that seek to avoid make mistakes against the valuation of digital justice, having as important theories John Rawls' theory of justice (1921-2002) and the impact of human rights in justice for all by N, Sánchez (2022). Furthermore, the present study is entirely documentary, beyond the state of the art, electronic files and dimensioning for digital transformation, using as a starting point the method inductive that corresponds to the program of social and human sciences. The results obtained were that for a law to be considered an infallible norm, it must go hand in hand with the materialization of legitimacy and formality, in turn any citizen this legitimized to have access to the administration of digital justice, as a circumstance has have a problem that derives from it a process before a competent judge and have technological tools for its realization.
