Abstract

Housing precariousness is a significant social problem that affects many people in the Vereda Las Nubes community. This diagnosis aimed to provide an overview of the housing situation in the area and identify the possible causes and consequences of housing precariousness. It is important to begin by defining the concept of housing precariousness, this can be understood not only as the absence or lack of housing, but as the set of deficiencies or precariousness in housing and the environmental conditions that determine the conditions in which the population lives in a given area. determined territory. This could include homelessness, inadequate or dilapidated housing, overcrowding, difficulties in accessing housing due to economic barriers, among other aspects. The social diagnosis of the Las Nubes village regarding the precarious housing in the area is the first step towards improving the quality of life of its residents. By understanding the causes and consequences of the problem and proposing concrete solutions, we can work to create a habitable and safe environment that promotes the well-being of the community as a whole within the framework of the right to decent housing as a second generation right.
