dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de investigación aborda la población de primera infancia la cual está siendo estudiada para conocer los programas que se encuentran implementados a los niños y niñas en la ciudad de Barranquilla, se realizan rastreos para conocer estos dichos programas; entre ellos se encuentra la entidad del Estado ICBF donde se extrae información de primera mano y brinda los servicios y estrategias que se encuentran implementadas a la población. A partir de la información consultada se extrae algunos programas los cuales están al servicio para los niños y niñas en la ciudad, dentro de la investigación se detallará específicamente cuales son estos programas con sus diversas estrategias y funciones.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present research work addresses the early childhood population which is being studied to know the programs that are implemented for boys and girls in the city of Barranquilla, tracking is carried out to know these programs; Among them is the State entity ICBF where first-hand information is extracted and provides the services and strategies that are implemented to the population. From the information consulted, some programs are extracted which are at the service of boys and girls in the city. Within the investigation, these programs will be specifically detailed with their various strategies and functions.en_US
